- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.
- Technical data such as basic device and usage information where applicable.

- To prevent fraud and secure our services.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent processor of your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email provider), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by Estonian accounting and tax law.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email support@talveo.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
